ID Delete / Change Process in PeopleSoft

There may be a specific case in PeopleSoft where Employee Id needs to be deleted or changed in the entire database. For E.g. an Ex Employee who rejoins a company will be allocated with same employee. However when entering the data, if the employee is hired with new employee Id instead to rehire with Old Employee Id, we need to update the full PeopleSoft environment with the Old employee Id for the employee. This helps to keep track of the full history of the employee in the Organization.

A employee agrees to join the company in future date and if the company creates a Employee Id for him and in case if Employee does not join the company, we are not required to maintain the employee record in our PeopleSoft Hr environment. Because the employee not even worked in the company even for a single day. In such case, we need to remove the full employee information from the entire database.
